Attending live auditions in designers such as 3.1 Philip Lim and Alexander McQueen. Even making an appearence in the ELLE Louis Vuitton skirt one week. However it wasn't until the live shows has she truly took her style to the next level.
WEEK 1
Altier Versace
Altier Versace
Cheryl stepped out during the first live shows wearing a gorgeous Altier Versace gown, I presume she has some sort of agreement with Donatella Versace, as she has wore the couture label several times troughout the shows. Wowing each time.
WEEK 2
Altier Versace
WEEK 2
Altier Versace
This dress has become something of iconic. First worn by Heidi Klum for a Vogue Germany photoshoot, then by Emma Roberts for the Met Costume Gala. I must say I was dissapointed certainly by Emma's way in which she wore the dress, and Heidi's with the cardigan. So Cheryl's way she has worn it is easily my favourite.
WEEK 3
Altier Versace
I love Cheryl's goddess take on this dress, she does the dress more justice than Penelope Cruz. Although I hate the hairpiece. It makes the outfit border on costume like.
WEEK 3 Show 2
Julien McDonald
Julien McDonald
I really don't like this look as much as the previous looks. This was the closing look for Julien's Spring 2010 show, hot off the runway from a few weeks before, but there are so many better looks from the show than this.
WEEK 4
David Koma
David Koma
I love Cheryl in this dress, I recognized it instantly as soon as she stepped out in it. If she can carry this look off, then she can carry pretty much anything off. This dress wasn't as well recieved as her previous dresses. I love how she works this dress, and Over the Knee boots. Two big trends to pull of in one look.
Here is where I recognized the dress from, my favourite look from the shoot with Freja and Sasha.
And what Cheryl used to look like...
